Operational is a practical guide to startup operations and strategy.

Most of the content will come out of work I’m doing or have done at Statsig (a B2B SaaS startup in Seattle). This type of perspective is really useful in other fields, and I think it’ll be useful here too.

I can’t claim to be an expert in this arena, but I can promise that everything I write will be actionable and based on work that I’ve actually done.
